      Pros

      Was a good gig while it lasted. Excellent group of people to work with. Diverse skills among employees with the desire to share information to move ahead and accomplish project goals.

      Cons

      Poor management. Decades old equipment and manufacturing attitudes. Short term vision on investment returns. Focused on finding the lowest cost countries for manufacturing instead of improving on what worked for years with previous ownership.
