      Great benefit package ,same as Oldcastle/CRH - that`s it !!!!

      Most "Professionals" on the Admin site are in it for them self - they throw you under the bus to save them self - find out for yourself if you up for the task . Managers will talk nice to your face but behind close doors - just fake - been their . . . . Incompetent Managing Director , who will talk his way out of everything .

      Laid Off WITHOUT Severance

      1 month after receiving my performance bonus, I was laid-off WITHOUT severance. Even though I was exceeding my plan and had done nothing wrong, the severance is discretionary and they chose not to pass it on so the company could save money. They treat people like dirt, no matter how hard you work for them. I was with them for 5 years and had 2 competitors (Hilti and Jordahl) reach out to me for jobs and I turned them both down, because I was loyal. Management is NOT loyal to its employees at CRH.

      Good 401K options and company match.

      Not much appreciation for engineers, not even a thank you. All credit and bonus are for sales people.
