My time at Halight was incredibly positive. The team was supportive, and I learned a great deal from my colleagues. The CEO and CTO were both approachable and provided valuable guidance throughout my experience. Overall, it was a rewarding environment where I could grow professionally, and I’m thankful for the opportunity to contribute to such a collaborative and forward-thinking company.

Clients were not cheap with their swag.

Cons

I feel bad for the immigrant workers who get paid literally half of what others make. I experienced this first hand. Very misleading -- job never matches its description. Unsure of expectations. This place is fueled by nepotism. Toxic environment due to very poor management.
