Pros

Education and great vacation time.

Cons

Upper Leadership lack integrity. They will pay for education but will not allow you to use the knowledge you learned in managing your property. They are stuck with old policies and procedures. A lot of Boss's but No LEADERS. Over worked and missing courage to stand up for what's right.

- Smaller company so you get to know many people in corporate, lots of room for promotion - Generous amount of paid holidays - Standard benefits package that includes 401k - Annual cost of living increase

Cons

- Corporate fails to address on-site issues and will ignore major problems if they cost a lot of money to fix - The overall culture seems dull and uninspiring, similar to the movie Office Space - It takes an unacceptably long time to receive petty cash that a property needs to function, it's an embarrassment
