      Pros

      One of the best things about working at Hallow (besides the mission) is working with a team of incredibly talented, smart, kind, motivated, forward-thinking people. There is so much opportunity and encouragement to grow professionally and take on leadership and responsibility within your team. Of course, the mission of helping people pray and creating content to help people grow in their spiritual life is the best motivation to get up for work today. I am truly so blessed to work with this team and learn from them.

      Cons

      Our team is remote (which is awesome) however, we only get to see each other a few times a year and I miss them.

      Pros

      The team culture at Hallow is second to none. The comapny is mission driven and has strong values that are used in making every decision. It is a place where people can grow personally and professionally. It is a challenging place to work because we are seeking to build something that will change the world, but it is incredibly rewarding and the best job I've ever had.

      Cons

      Work at Hallow is demanding. It is not an easy place to work. Excellence is the expectation. The standards are high. There are times when working more than 40 hours is required. Things change quickly and often, so employees must adapt to that which is hard for some people.

      Things can often move extremely fast, you will be challenged in any role here. There are no real cons here -you will get out what you put in. You have to push yourself to keep up.
