Pros

You will likely have the benefit of working with some great people. Most of the management has their heart in the right place.

Cons

They are disorganized. There are serious gaps in the recruitment, training, and benefit management. Corporate communication and policies are unclear. If you do get an employee handbook there is no guarantee you'll receive the most up to date version. This disorganization leads to tons of disputes because of drastic inconsistencies in the way situations are handled.

Pros

They attempt to provide much-needed services to families, and a few of the support staff (mostly tech people) are kind and helpful.

Cons

I have had every issue under the sun, from missed paychecks, incorrect paychecks, complete disregard to any communication I would sent-it's been like a part-time job just making sure I get paid for my part-time job; however, they will make abrupt changes to their policies and expect you to comply immediately - or, shockingly, they will mess with your check, and ignore any pleas to correct.
