      Pros

      Not really any Pros the managers were great but didn't know how to run a store same employees are allowed to call out

      Cons

      Servers have to wash dishes for 2:13 an hour which is illegal ready to file a law suit against them. Also servers have to mop the entire restaurant while hourly employees don't. Again which is a law suit waiting to happen just like Hickory Tavern got sued

      Pros

      Food quality was decent. Certain management and and employees were great.

      Cons

      Was expected to dispose of grease that was never turned off to cool down. Upper management breathed down my neck and was incredibly demeaning. High stress environment with sub-standard wages. Frequent split-shift doubles.
