The work environment is extremely toxic, Primarily driven by leadership. On paper, they promote healthy conflict and encourage employees to speak their minds, but in reality, they use your honesty against you. There’s a culture of backstabbing and manipulation, with a couple of women taking over roles that were previously handled by one person, and acting more like the director's “flying monkeys” than actual leaders. It’s a frustrating and unhealthy atmosphere that discourages open communication and personal growth.
