      Pros

      Hamilton Academy is a great place to work, they are dedicated to their staff and the children that attend there. They provide training and help find resources with your continuing education. They also have a wonderful layout for the school with lots of classrooms, playgrounds and a gymnasium.

      Cons

      You really need to plan out your retirement goals, because this is a small business they are not able to provide retirement.

      Pros

      Hamilton Christian Academy offers a quality education in a Christian atmosphere. The Lord Jesus Christ is at the forefront of all the school, faculty, and staff stand for, attest to, and witness about.

      Cons

      Hamilton Christian is a small school. However, that is not necessarily a "con," just a fact. There is no football stadium on site, but it is within walking distance.
