      Insurance benefits, pto, 401k, vision, dental

      Cons

      Toxic management. New c.o.o is a joke. Not allowing operations managers to do their job and allowing tea members to feel above the rules. Very racially divided company. Union representation is a waste unless you're one of the troublemakers-then you get to keep your job while violating hipaa and practicing extremely unsafe work habits.

      Great staff members and good hours.

      Cons

      The pay is not enough. We don't get paid enough for this job. We are a doctors office. The higher ups don't care about their employees. They would rather let problem patients keep coming back then take care of the safety of the employees.
