The pay is decent and my direct supervisor is amazing; she is very helpful and ready to offer guidance.

Cons

There was no support from management or colleagues; I had to learn every aspect of my job on my own. The only training given was a meeting in the summer for 2 hours where all the information about the HCESC was shoved down my throat. I had no idea what to expect when I started; I didn't know the expectations and I was not assigned a mentor.
