you are just a number & it is ridiculously expensive to live on the island. Hamilton island enterprises only cares about the upper management

High turn over. Some awful long-termers that management wont get rid of as they are willing to stay forever.

Cheap accommodation, potential to pick up extra hours, the longer you stay the more career opportunities become available, cheaper meals/drinks, staff bar and activities.

Cons

Very big brotherish (someone’s always watching), split shifts in restaurants, very gossipy, can get boring/monotonous.
