      Pros

      Excellent products, exceptional team members and support from office staff (definitely a "family" feel shared by most/all). Compensation is fair based on market average (especially with good performance). Overall attitude of employees is very positive. A very motivating group!

      Cons

      Benefits (i.e. vacation, 401k etc) are crap (not even close to market standard). Lots of travel for all field employees (much more than advertised in job description).

      World class technology. Direct company pay is good. Products range from low to high end features.

      Cons

      Service in India is not upto the mark. Frequent management change. dealership appointment is not stable. No responsibility taken in remote places
