Pros

None. Nothing. Zero. Zilch. If you want to be yelled at and you enjoy making pennies for a living in a rude and vulgar environment where everyone dislikes each other because they are miserable, then this is the place to work. It's truly an awful place.

Cons

There is no professionalism at this firm. The attorneys yell loudly in front of everyone to humiliate and embarrass others. They're rude, yellers, meddlers and cheap. The gossip and lack of professionalism starts with the management. Disgusting.

Disgruntled employee. This is completely false information. Never worked at more professional firm in all of my career.

Pros

Day to Day the work environment was professional.

Cons

lack of consistent management style, whims of male managing partner decided all matters, dictatorial at times, inadequate compensation and benefits, lack of communication within office and between the two florida offices (the only actual offices despite what is on the website).

Pros

The pay is good, but you have to ask yourself is it worth it with zero work-life balance.

Cons

I don't understand this firm. It's a minority firm which at first, I thought was admirable, but then I got to know the firm. They hire people that have little or no experience. There is only an hour or two of training, if any. The people that train - their "knowledge administrator" has no knowledge and is not an administrator. There is an very unequal distribution of work among paralegals/legal assistants. If you are loyal & work hard, instead of being rewarded, your given more work, to make up for the attorney favorites who suck up. I was 1 paralegal handling 45 cases, which is ridiculous. Most days I would receive at a minimum 150 emails - most of which required something to be done. Or it was one of the attorneys complaining something wasn't done. The attorneys that work there are also a lower caliber attorney. All they ever do is push emails and work off to someone else and always in a very negative manner. There was never any positivity. Everything was always negative. It is an extremely stressful place to work. Too much is expected from any one person. If you say something you are immediately blacklisted. The firm is a revolving door due to how poorly they treat the staff. they don't like OT, but you can't do the job without it.
