      Time off for holidays are okay.This year they took back the day after Thanksgiving

      I cannot think of a single good thing to say.

      Cons

      The most unorganized, unreliable, unfriendly, and unprofessional “business” entity I’ve ever worked for. The company is a joke— the employees knew it and unfortunately so did the residents. They clearly did not understand the concept of due diligence or perhaps they are just too busy handling whatever the apartment management was a front for.

      Communication has always been off. Got worse when new upper management was added

      Pros

      There are some good people there. They wont stay though. What used to be a smaller company who took care of their people was lost.

      Cons

      Constant run around. No structure. Has gotten worse since July 2019. Let's re invent the wheel.
