DREADFUL place to work

Pros

The only I can think of are that the office is OK and in a nice location, and some junior and support staff are nice.

Cons

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. Senior management are unprincipled and cruel and there is a serious lack of transparency in the way departments are run. Practically zero career progression unless you are one of the docile and obedient ones who turns a blind eye to the appalling practices at this place. Avoid this awful firm if you care about your career.

Awful

Business outlook

Pros

London location was the only positive

Cons

HR prioritises their high earning fee earners (especially those who have been there for years). Everyone knows it, people are scared to flag things to HR as it’s well known they (Lesley) will do nothing. There is nowhere near enough training and immense amounts of pressure on new staff to pick up work without proper training or time.

Pros

There is nothing nice to say about this awful business.

Cons

Terrible employer. Senior management and HR are nothing less than bullies. Will manage you out without a care if you do not fall in their clique.
