Pros
The leadership of this company is like none other I have experienced in my entire career; they are as passionate about the company's mission as they are about their employees' success. The mission is to inspire & empower all people to unlock their athletic potential through cycling. Just a few of the pros include: leadership, benefits, fair wages, working with diverse teams from all over the globe, the remote environment Hammerhead has created, and flexibility to work anywhere in the world.
Cons
The only con is that we are remotely located so we only have virtual interactions. I hope that someday I get to hang out with my amazing team in person.
