      Pros

      There is a great comradery between coworkers, It gives a very nice family like environment. Giving back and helping service the community is always a plus as well.

      Cons

      I've witnessed many wrong doings to employees from Leadership here. Not all of them are bad, however there are some that (in my own opinion) should not be in the position they are holding.

      Pay could be better. Toxic behavior from higher ups. Bullying. Tendency to pick favorites.
