      Pros

      Flexible work schedule, fun Christmas Party, birthday cake for all employees birthdays.

      Cons

      Minimal Benefits, bellow market value salaries, hostile work environment, no career advancement opportunities, and very high turnover rates.

      Pros

      There are none. Seriously there are not pros to this place. The only pro is when you leave for good.

      Cons

      This is a small electric company trying to be a BIG electric company player. If you ask the owners they are the best at everything. The husband/wife duo is what's going to bring this is business down. Both are extremely entitled and expect you to drop everything to help them. You can't work there with out knowing someone in the family - like being there nanny, being on of their sons friends, etc. There's no room for advancement whatsoever. They pay bottom dollar and expect top dollar work.

      Pros

      . They Management is very knowledgeable of what they do. I have been with the company for six years now. I have been treated great, they are family orientated and business minded. I have never worked for a company that is understandable of the fact that family comes first. with my job we work a lot and get what is deserved.

      Cons

      The medical and dental is good just with there was a vision insurance plan.
