horrible senior leadership. hr is a nightmare, unresponsive and every year your healthcare will get more and more expensive. no respect or admiration for good performers. your job isn’t safe today.

HR management and HR in general are huge cons. They’ve been doing pay scale adjustments since I was hired and messed up every change they implemented and cause flack for employees with every action they take. They are constantly cutting staff and departments and no job is safe. The company is performing bad because of leadership, and they want to blame everyone else. There was no opportunity of job movement, no chance of actual raises, and bonuses are zero. My boss also fired me in the most cold and emotionless way I’ve ever seen someone fired, and this is a common theme as they continue to slash departments and try to get a grip.
