      Flexibility, working from home most of the time

      Cons

      If you are Polish- you get ahead! Complete lack of objectivity. People over promoted for the job (a pros is that they do promote internally but to positions too big for some people to handle). Zero work life balance. A lot of favouritism. Complete disaster after disaster with any projects. Reactive management all the time.
