Pros
bi-monthly pay, working autonomously are the only pros
Cons
Lack of direction from management team, unrealistic expectations for commission structure, lack of support, poor communication from direct reports. Poor organization and lack of ordering protocols. No online ordering system in place, non-stable work environment, constant turnover...churn and burn.

I have been with this company for 33 years with many background experiences in just about everything. This company has many unique - top of the line products that remain true on completing the task at hand, whatever it may be with 100% satisfactory. We remain loyal by looking out for the customer and our Handi-Clean family! And will do what it takes to sustain outstanding one of a kind products along with looking out for it's customers and employees needs. I wouldn't trade it for anything.....
