By-the-book employee guidelines and expectations set in place for the primary reasoning of a continuance in state/program funding; major difference in dealing with privately owned facilities and a corporate owned business; behind closed doors, standards are etched in a way that is not-so-by-the-book. i.e. Out of ratio classes, lack of curriculum on daily basis, parents charged supply fees but any and all supplies are kept locked away, with restricted access to teachers, incomplete or ignored work orders if hazards found within classroom/playground.
