The best reason to work at this place is it's location, apart from location nothing is good.

Cons

1)No Job Security (you can be fired anytime doesn't matter you are a product manager or software developer) 2)Ceo is psycho, he lacks basic professionalism and the way to treat employees. 3) Fraud HR: Yes believe me, you will never find such fraud people in your people.

None what so ever. Don't wish to lie.

Cons

Firstly lets not call it a company because it fails on all parameters. Cheating the employees and customers are their core competencies. Top management comprises of only 1 man who has no brain. Their balance sheets turn green only because they don't pay their employees.

Pros

Good colleagues. Seniors really help juniors to perform and achieve goals. Good manager but lazy.

Cons

Lots of cons. I was a campus hire. The package for which I was hired looked really delicious, but when in-hand salary came it was like peanuts. HRs hardly clear any doubt. The CEO is like a principal in govt school and the employees were treated like school children. The only time he smiled, I think it was during distribution of diwali sweets.
