The team and the clients are great

Cons

CEO is moody and impulsive. He'll ask you to do something a specific way and then berate you for doing it that way. It's a small company with no HR, so there are no checks and balances to mitigate his bad behavior. The benefits are not good. Pay is significantly below industry standard. Raises are laughably small if you can get one at all. Goalposts are always moving. Working here will be a particularly bad experience if you are a woman and/or POC. Standard practice seems to be hiring a team of smart and talented people, and then working them into the ground until they quit one by one. Rinse and repeat.

Design is central to the business outcomes at Haneke Design. They have developed a proven process that surfaces every possibility in the product design and development lifecycle focused on business outcomes. The design leadership has some real magic they bring to the process.

Cons

No real cons to speak of. One thing that is certain is change--it is a competitive market and employee retention is always a challenge.
