We work remotely so you're able to travel, visit friends, work in beautiful destinations, and at home. We are flex time as well so if you're not a morning person like me, you can work in the afternoons to the evening as long as you attend all meetings. Our Agency values mental health and your life first so you don't need to fear taking time for yourself as long as your duties are covered. It's a small, family owned agency and your coworkers feel like family even though you don't see each other in person often. They do value getting together 1 or 2 times annually to do something fun and share meals or activities in Chicago.
