      The amputee patient population is amazing and inspiring

      Cons

      This company is HORRIBLE to work for! They do not care about their employees and the clinical team are very rude to the sales team. The comp is capped and they don’t tell you that! The pay is horrible over all!!!! The benefits suck and are very pricey. The company is pouring money into the wrong people and resources and becoming more out of touch with what the patients and the employees want and need. Do not work here!!

      • Supportive middle management, largely remaining from the previous leadership team. • Friendly coworkers and a culture that was historically strong before recent leadership changes negatively impacted morale.

      Cons

      • CIO is heavily favoring contractors from prior companies, spending millions on firms like Aberdeen which she was the CIO of 10 months before hanger while neglecting existing Hangar employees and giving the impression that FTEs are replaceable. • Poor office environment for IT staff — cluttered workspaces, exposed wires, and temporary tables — while leadership upgraded and expanded executive office space. • Inconsistent and unclear RTO expectations. • Historically low raises and bonuses despite major overspending on contractors tied to the CIO’s previous network. • Little effort from leadership to build culture or invest in employee morale within IT.
