      Incompetence, disorganization, poor communication, promises at hire date ignored, gross management incompetence, owners disenfranchised from employees, hires the least expensive management available, high turn over, poor pay, little support from management

      They'll hire just about anyone for just about any position.

      Cons

      In an industry where education, talent and loyalty are rarely appreciated, this organization lowers the bar even further. Poorly managed, constant turnover and a management team which appears to be unaware of any current, effective motivational tools.
