Pros

Inexperience management that-had a new Male RN as a Nurse Manager. He was inept, not very bright, brought people in from a previous treatment Ctr. He Weeded out older staff that knew what they were doing, to get a yes environment! I was glad to put in my 2 weeks.

Cons

Too many to mention. All the staff that took recovery serious were fired.

Pros

Salary is decent. The clients are really there for help and work the program.

Cons

Absolutely no orientation at this place. It's always Kaos. New management, new staff, no continuity of care. Admission cares only about getting in the money, they don't care about the strain on the staff, even if it puts the clients care in jeopardy. This place is a great bunch of actors and actresses, they deserve Academy Awards.!

Pros

Sad to say that I cannot think of 1 pro

Cons

Poor leadership. Back stabbing. No fellow camaraderie due to in adequate leadership in the work place and not a healthy environment to work in. Management is only concerned with filling beds and not patient care. Very money driven.
