Pros
Good pay compared to the same position with other companies. Full time positions available for all 3 shifts to fit any lifestyle.
Cons
One of my biggest cons was how often I was moved around from account to account. When my first full time account decided to go with another security company I wasn't placed with another account full time for more than 6 months. I ended up being .5 hours a week under full time so I didn't receive benefits, but still had to work 5 days.
