      Great colleagues, bad senior management

      - I worked in a great team; friendly colleagues with good attitudes and made getting through the day easier - Rewards for high performance

      Cons

      - Received sexist comments from senior management on occasion - 'Boys club' feel in some teams - Very heavy focus on KPI's without flexibility - Micro-management

      - Given the autonomy to learn. - Structured work environment when needed. - Great team culture, everyone was willing to put in a shift for each other. - Manager who was invested in what we did and that we succeed. Willing to lead by example.
