1. Never Care for employee Benefits 2. Will Always mind for their benefit by troubling employee in each and every aspect. 3. No Respect for the employees. 4. 24*7 they try to make you work neither one can enjoy on weekends nor on Working days. 5. Its more often like an kids School as they will see when your coming and leaving because they never care how much you have worked.

If you don't find any job then you can join here. Something is better than nothing. In India proper job opportunity is less, hence if you want some monthly income of 8 k to 15k then you can join. But getting released from the company is very very difficult. Definitely if you don't have options then only you are trying for small company, so try to find about other small company as well. All the small company have these problems ,see which has less problem, and join there.

Cons

They can fire you any time. Salary very less. Typical small Indian company, no work life balance. They don't provide salary slips, hence you will never be selected for big company without proper salary slip.

Just a sweet box for Diwali.

Cons

Really hectic to work in this company worst management level, working hours may go from 9hrs to 13 hrs, no approval of leaves moreover 3years bond for freshers if the employee is not willing to work he need to pay huge amount of money to the company, no hikes, neither reimbursements.
