      Pros

      Growing...but only through bolt on acquisitions, no organic growth

      Cons

      Old school, autocratic management style; run like a private equity firm - no real belief in customers or products. No detailed strategy - other than just keep buying bargain businesses and bolt 'em on and keep charging existing customers through the nose for maintenance.

      Pros

      I started 3 years ago and have been given new and interesting opportunities each year. As the company grows they have kept looking after the existing team.

      Cons

      None really from my perspective. I guess if you don't like ownership and accountability you should look elsewhere. These guys know where they are heading and don't like baggage.
