Occasionally cool clients but nothing incredible to show for it.

Cons

-you will get burned if you don’t say yes to everything. And then you’re just plain burned out. -verbally abusive senior management team -President is fake nice and deep down, majorly insecure -little to no work-life-balance -high turnover rate

Some good smart creative people to work with Fun environment for extras such as parties I don't think I've been around a more entertaining group of employees

Cons

Senior management seems to be all over the place in terms of strategy and this is reflected in who they go after in terms of clients Revenue of the company is a concern - it is not consistent and the workforce ebbs and flows with changes Always chasing the next best project but rarely lands it Too expensive in terms of cost for the small client and not big enough in terms of skills and labor for big clients Management can't see the value in changing a process and convincing them takes an awful lot of work for such a small place
