      very difficult to even find pros.

      Cons

      bullying,favoritism,toxic environment,racism.... you name it and the list goes on and on and on...... very high staff turnover. this was the WORST work experience of my life

      willing to discuss where the business is doing well or going in the wrong direction using employee Focus groups good atmosphere investment into new training products and programmes good incentive scheme as well as commission
