      Started positive, end in a tail spin. Poorly managed, mis key elements and tools to be competative

      Open structure - direct access to upper management - empowered to do your job- self managed - need to be a self starter with motivation, then you have freedom to manage staff and projects assigned .

      Cons

      The factory is abused, out dated, has a heavy over head, lacks heat and proper working conditions
