Enjoyed getting to work with people to improve their homes. Fair pay for hard workers. You learn tons of soft skills in this role. No overnight travel.

Cons

Long days spent on the road. Required weekend work. This comes with the territory, needing to work with homeowners when they are likely to be in their home.
