Pros

Not a lot of overtime. Healthcare is provided.

Cons

Little pay, no company culture and really terrible people in charge. This company is all about making a lot for the few up high and giving nothing to the people who made it happen. Turn over rate is very high and they do NO activities or rewards for employees. The office is very old, dated and dirty. Once my drinking water there was yellow, so I had to start bringing my own from home. Very little to do during the day and they do not encourage you to come up with anything to keep you busy or anything new for the company. You do what you're told and that's it. Once you do finally receive feedback it's usually from too many people and are unable to please anyone therefore making you look like a bad designer.

Pros

Health care plan is fully covered and pretty good. If you have no experience or are need a job ASAP, you're pretty much guaranteed to be hired. If you don't have experience, it's a good place to get it because you have to do everything yourself. Work life balance is fine.

Cons

Management can make or break any workplace, and that's what has happened here. Management actively forces out employees if they do not completely agree. Even employees who have been at the company for 20+ years. If you have an opinion, you will not do well here. They do not encourage growth or commit to a positive work environment. The turnover rate is incredibly high for this reason.

Pros

Benefits include fully covered health insurance which is great. Conveniently located off the highway, and there is plenty of parking.

Cons

Employee moral is very low. There is no company culture and employees feed off of each others negativity. Passive aggressive management styles leave employees with little direction. Employees receive no training and inconsistent feedback. There is no sense of team and no leadership. It often feels as if the company is floundering or failing, and the turnover rate is reminiscent of a revolving door. The disorganization is such that employees must remind management to perform annual reviews, or to plan for the largest trade show of the year. Employee’s with original opinions or with the audacity to disagree with management and support their opinions with facts and research are often left out of important meetings. Management prefers employees who don’t rock the boat or advocate for progress, just nod, smile, and laugh at her jokes if you’d like to advance. Office is old, dirty and poorly maintained.
