      Pros

      Great product, smart team, lots of opportunity - loyalty and longevity pays off!

      Cons

      You have to work hard but hard work pays off and recognized, global team with meetings early and late at night. Amazon pricing strategies were messy.

      CEO loves to brainwash employees Every day talks about contributing to the company, how employees should work as if they own the company, and how his overseas employees are lying on a beach and doing nothing. The CEO doesn't need employees, he needs slaves who are willing to listen to self-contradictory meaningless brag and at the same time work their a**es off.
