      Not bad if you want to work with younger generation in a high pressure environment for a startup

      Free lunch and coffee Flexible schedule Rapidly growing industry Room for learning new things Highly technical

      Cons

      big deal of miscommunication between founders and thus influencing teams. Startup company often with a lot of last minute deadlines. very small spaces to work in, especially in the workshop, not the best in terms of health and safety. Exposed to chemicals (air is not properly filtered, janky patching and quickfixes)

      - Located in Montreal close from the Metro - Young company

      Cons

      - People just do not vibe together and you feel like relationships are very cold. - Salary is very low - You only see people working into their silos. - Company completely disorganized in terms of communication. Entered on my first week to hear from the president that he did not know at all what I will suppose to work on. - President acts like Elon Musk by firing people for whatever reason and sees you below him

      -Extremely disorganized -Management are clueless and fire anyone with helpful suggestions -President is rude to everyone he deems “below” him -No diversity whatsoever -Stock options, benefits and option for remote work only possible after 6 months
