Stressful environment, no employee flexibility, below average wages, little room for growth, employee input is discarded, higher paying/skilled positions appear to be exported to other countries, unrealistic & flimsy performance matrix, subjective & inconsistent performance requirements, young/inexperienced leadership. Basically, this company takes advantage of the following type of employee: Young, inexperienced, hungry college kids, and anyone desperate for work. Operations and upper management positions likely have very different experiences. Weak benefits. Too many tools/platforms. Lowest wages and pay raises I've seen in over 10 years.

Won’t get anywhere there. What ever position you were hired for is the position you will stay at until you leave or become complacent with what you’re doing and what they are paying you. No raises!!! Careful with Ms. Power-Trip, she will try to take you basic human rights away and threaten to fire you if you do something she dislikes.
