Pros

Really inspiring mission. The company puts its money where its mouth is and does a lot of good in the world. Coworkers are great, and people stay here for a really long time which speaks to that. CEO is super nice and very accessible. Not a lot of hierarchy, everyone collaborates with everyone. Some positions are fully remote and others are hybrid. Appreciate the flexibility. Get a free SNOO if you have a baby. And cash bonus if you refer a corporate partner to the Employee Benefits Program. Free lunch when you go to the office. People are really impressed when they hear I work at Happiest Baby/SNOO, and our vendors and other companies in the category really respect us, which is good for future career path as well. We do lots of innovative things as a business, so you learn a ton, including things outside of your normal department or scope, which keeps things interesting and engaging. Definitely recommend working here, it's my favorite job I've had.

Cons

There have been a couple of restructurings and people were let go. (I think that's where some of the not-so-good reviews come from, I could recognize them while reading).

Pros

A truly great place to work, driven by a meaningful mission and exceptional product. Family-like culture, dedicated, loyal, and deeply committed team - most of who have been with the company for years. Leadership is engaged and accessible with hands-on CEO. While recent restructuring of customer care department (due to increased automation) has prompted some concerns and negative comments, the overall environment remains one of real purpose and long-term dedication.

Cons

Pros

Mission is incredible. Founders are truly family oriented and passionate. Great benefits for a company of this size.

Cons

Seems like many negative comments come people that got laid off, or otherwise terminated. While it's easy to blame "poor management", it's an unfortunate side effect of running a business. The alternative is to go out of business... In my experience, they treated everyone fairly and compassionately.
