i found nothing best in this organisation. i had to leave the company within 1 week of my joining.
Cons
worst management policy. No HR policy on the floor. The top level people can come and comment on your attire in front of everyone without any shame and nobody will take any action on it. Also if you dont understand or speak kannada it will be too hard for you to make any friend in office. you will not be welcomed in their community. Very unhygienic and dirty washroom and eating place. infact there is no place to eat at all. you have sit in the ground in terrace or in dirty tables with no fan or ac. Think twice before joining this company. i got humilated and had to leave in one week of my joining and i dont want anyone else to face the same thing which i had gone through.
