      If youā€™re not in the in crowd none.

      Cons

      Resource allocation is lopsided. Dev gets priority for tools, systems, project management structure, and headcount. Other teams are frequently left to figure things out with fewer resources. ā€¢ Non-dev departments often operate without basic supportā€”limited PM coverage, inconsistent processes, and fewer dedicated toolsā€”which can make work unnecessarily difficult.

      You will gain a lot of experience and grow very quickly. The people are amazing and they generally have friendly clients.

      Cons

      They rarely will promote the talent that they have/develop and will work hard. This all lead to low employee retention.
