There is a clear lack of respect or appreciation for the hard work and contributions of lower-level employees, leading to a toxic and demoralizing work environment, regardless of what they claim for the new hires. The shifts are also entirely too long for the amount of money earned, and the FOH family meal is insultingly and consistently bad.
