The boss is never there, so we can do what we want. Even though the boss wouldn't know, the employees try to make it work for the customers.

The boss is never there, so we can do what we want. Weird scheduling of hours. Set up makes people think they don't have to tip.

Easy work day with very little responsibility.

Cons

No real opportunities for advancement or pay raise. Ridiculous bias easily noticeable in the workplace. Terrible corporate structure.
