Almost no diversity and likely no change there unless the CEO changes their “vision” The CEO is the absolute worst person in this industry I’ve ever dealt with. She’s the most micromanaging person you’ll ever come across. It boggles my mind how so many people in DSM think this person is so great, she’s an absolute tyrant. Don’t worry, she’ll respond to this message, I’m sure with her phone number or something telling me to remove this review, NO. She will nickel and dime ever client and doesn’t really care about the quality of work as long as she’s making money off the slave labor she’s leading. Take a look on social media and see what the moms of the community think of this disgusting person. Every day is spent worrying that you’ll be left to work 15+ hour day. Never, ever use this company and do yourself a favor and work at a fast food restaurant before opening yourself up to the kind of insanity the CEO is touting.
