The company might have been great at one point but after they were bought out, people changed. No growth, lower end of the pay scale, the building isn't the best. It's 2018- it's important to treat employees like they are a valued part of the company, however Harbor America/Vensure do not feel that way. They will not try to keep you or help you in anyway. They will view you as disposable and make sure you know that you are replaceable. There are far better PEO's in the industry to go too.
