      hostile workplace-management is arrogant, condescending, and self-serving.

      Pros

      some co workers and kind and decent people - this does not apply to managers.

      Cons

      management allows abusive behavior as well as intimidation to run rampant, managers are not held accountable and human resources department is useless. high school like atmosphere management style with cliques and bullying.

      Flexible schedule, autonomy, opportunities to join committes

      Cons

      Job responsibilities kept changing and became more about mining data than providing care. Management likes to "pass the buck". Medical providers had no interest in a client centered approach touted by the health center.

      There's a respect of work/life balance. Management is respectful. You are helping the community. There is room for career advancement.

      Cons

      The compensation is below average across the board. Management makes arbitrary decisions with little or no input from staff. There is no formal training and almost no documentation of policies/procedures outside of HR rules.
