      - Sometimes hard to gauge how many people should be staffed each night - For the amount of work I put in, I felt I should've been paid more but I guess every job feels that way

      GM is passionate about the hotel and will take a personal interest in your professional development. Lots of opportunities for cross training and growth within the company for those who work hard and apply themselves.
